July 1st is fast approaching. That's the day that Scolari officially takes his post as Chelsea's new manager. And it is also rumoured to be the day that Scolari will open up discussion regarding Frank Lampard. Mourinho is rumoured to be watching the clock waiting for July 1st so he can begin trying to whittle down Chelsea bosses in a desperate attempt to sign Frank Lampard. Scolari is rumoured to have told bosses to do what they can to keep Lampard, even if it means breaking the bank. However, recent rumours surrounding a possible signing of Deco have lead some to believe that Scolari has given up keeping Lamps at the bridge. Could July 1st be the day?
